Angus Deayton host the 19th annual ceremony, in which the cream of the crop gathers to honour the best comedy actors, actresses, entertainment personalities and newcomers, along with the pick of the year’s TV and film comedies. Keeping their fingers crossed for recognition will be stars including David Mitchell, James Corden, Ricky Gervais, Michael McIntyre, Russell Brand and Alan Carr, plus the casts of such shows as Gavin & Stacey and Peep Show.
